Safety and Techniques: Emphasis on safe playing techniques and understanding the rules of the game.
- Track:Running Techniques: Teaching proper running form and techniques for sprints and distance running. Fitness and Conditioning: Exercises to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Track Events: Introduction to various track events and mini-competitions to practice and enjoy.
- Soccer:Fundamentals: Basics of soccer including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. Skills Drills: Engaging drills to enhance footwork, coordination, and teamwork. Matches: Small-sided games to practice skills in a game setting and foster a love for the sport.
