- Warm-Up Activities: Fun exercises and games to get the children moving and ready to play.
- Skill Stations: Rotating stations focusing on different fundamental skills:Dribbling: Basic dribbling techniques, control, and movement. Shooting: Introduction to proper shooting form and techniques. Passing: Simple passing drills to develop accuracy and teamwork.Â
